What are the sizes of your candles?
They are 4oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz candles.
- 4 oz candle is for small bedroom, bathroom. This candle is good for testing the candle scent before purchasing a bigger size candle.
- 8oz candles is perfect for filling small to medium sized spaces such as bedrooms, bathrooms and small to mid-sized living areas.
-12 oz is perfect for filling medium to large sized living areas.
Burning time:
- 4 oz candle: 20 - 30 hours
- 8 oz candle: 40 - 50 hours
- 12 oz candle: 70 - 80 hours
Candle Care Instructions:
- Burn within sight.
- Keep away from things that catch fire.
- Keep away from children.
- Trim wicks to 1/4” with each burn.
- Place candle on a heat resistant surface or candle tray.
- Allow wax to melt to the candle’s edge every burn to prevent tunneling.
- Do not burn candles more than 4 hrs to avoid overheating.
- Keep candles away from drafts to ensure a smokeless, clean burn.
- Discontinue burning a candle when less than 1/4" of wax remains.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping on order $75+
How long will it take to get my order?
Our current processing time is 1 - 3 business days. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from Monday to Friday (except on holidays). Once shipped, packages will arrive in 5 - 12 business days.
Which mail carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX and charge a flat rate of $8.95 on order under $75.
Do you accepts returns or exchanges?
Sale Items, Gift boxes, Dried flowers and Fresh Christmas Wreath are final sale, we do NOT accept return/refund for those items.
We only accept EXCHANGES on new/unused candles when purchasing with gift box within 7 days of the package delivery with receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept refunds/returns/exchanges on new/unused candles (buy separate / not with gift box add-on) and wax melts in the original packaging within 7 days of the package delivery with receipt or proof of purchase.
We do offer store credit so that you can make an exchange online. Store credit does not include the cost of shipping.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To request a refund, please send us an email with your order number and the receipt from the post office with tracking number. We will process the refund in 1 business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment.

Do you offer local pickup?
You can pickup at our weekends and holidays markets. Please check out our Upcoming Markets and leave us a note at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the US.
Can I send a gift to a friend, family or loved one?
Absolutely! You can put in their address at checkout!
Stolen packages or packages delivered to the wrong address:
If UPS/USPS fail to deliver your package correctly (wrong address) or if your package is stolen, this is not the responsibility of MIU-STUDIO. You will be prompted to file a claim through the carrier for a full refund.
Problems with your orders/ package
Please send us an email at MiuCandlesLA@gmail.com with your order number and attach:
- a photo of the damaged item up close
- a photo of the box, showing all packaging used to protect the item
- a photo of the shipping label on the box
We will review your case and get back to you within 1 business day.
What if my order arrives broken or damaged?
Please send us an email with your order number, and photos of your items at MiuCandlesLA@gmail.com, we will get back to you within 1 business day. If your item arrives damaged, we will ship out a replacement.
