INSTRUCTION:

- Unscrew black top and remove plastic plug

- Silver screw top is decorative and helps spread the reeds, diffuser can be used with our without it

- Add new reeds (8 - 10 recommended)

- Refresh the reeds every 3 - 4 days by flipping them over.

CAUTION: 

- Do not use in a diffusing machine

- Do not place directly on surfaces, accidental spillage may cause damage. 

- Liquid is flammable, do NOT light the reeds. 

- Wash hands throughly after coming in contact with the oil. 

- Use only in well ventilated areas.

- Keep away from children and pets.

PROLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER/PACKAGE:

- Please send us an email with your order number, and photos of your items at MiuCandlesLA@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 1 business day. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know, we will ship out a replacement. 

RETURN + EXCHANGE: 

- Sale Items, gift boxes, dried flowers and fresh wreaths / bouquet / accessories are final sale, We do NOT accept return/refund for those items.

- We only accept Exchanges on new/unused candles when purchasing with gift box within 7 days of the package delivery with receipt or proof of purchase.

- We accept refunds/returns/exchanges on new/unused candles (buy separate / not with gift box add-on) and Wax Melts in the original packaging within 7 days of the package delivery with receipt or proof of purchase.

- Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

- To request a refund, please send us an email with your order number and the receipt from the post office with tracking number. We will process the refund in 1 business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment.
